Social Work Resources On-Demand, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the website socialworkresourcesondemand.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you provide directly. When you use the AI Resource Generator, you provide grade level, resource format, topic, and optional additional context. When you contact us, you provide your email address and the contents of your message. When you subscribe, Gumroad collects your name, email, billing address, and payment information on our behalf.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and timestamps. We use this information for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics.
What we do NOT collect. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell your information. We do not require accounts or store passwords. We do not place tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Please do not enter personally identifiable information about students into the AI Resource Generator. This includes (but is not limited to) student names, initials, dates of birth, school names, ID numbers, parent names, addresses, or any combination of details that could identify a specific child. When generating a resource, describe the situation in general terms (e.g., "a 4th grader experiencing test anxiety") rather than referencing a real student.
Educators using this Service are responsible for complying with FERPA and any applicable state student-privacy laws when working with student information. Information submitted to the AI Resource Generator is processed by Anthropic and is subject to their terms.
We retain server logs for a limited period (typically 30-90 days) for security and operational purposes. Generated content is not stored on our servers — it is rendered for you in your browser and is not associated with an account. Subscription records are retained as required by Gumroad and applicable tax law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@socialworkresourcesondemand.com.
The Service is intended for use by adults (educators, school social workers, counselors, mental health professionals, and parents). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Welcome to Social Work Resources On-Demand. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of socialworkresourcesondemand.com and its features (the "Service"), operated by Social Work Resources On-Demand, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for adults 18 years or older — primarily school social workers, counselors, mental health professionals, educators, and parents of school-aged children. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that any information you provide is accurate.
Paid features of the Service are sold via subscription through Gumroad. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods are presented at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your Gumroad account.
Refunds. Subscription refund requests are handled in accordance with Gumroad's refund policy. To request a refund, contact us at contact@socialworkresourcesondemand.com or use Gumroad's refund process directly.
When you subscribe, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our resources for use with the students, clients, and families in your professional or personal practice.

Resources produced by the AI Resource Generator are created using Anthropic's Claude API based on the inputs you provide. AI-generated content is intended as a practice tool and starting point, not as clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it with students, clients, or families. AI may produce errors, omissions, or content that is not appropriate for a specific situation. Use of AI-generated content does not establish a clinical relationship with us.
Nothing on the Service constitutes mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional clinical judgment. The Service does not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, or social worker-client relationship. If you or a student is in crisis, contact 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or local emergency services.
All content on the Service — including the ready-made resource library, brand assets, written copy, and the icon system — is owned by Social Work Resources On-Demand, LLC unless otherwise noted. The license described above is the only right granted; no other rights are transferred.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet any particular standard.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Social Work Resources On-Demand, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violations of these Terms or suspected abuse of the AI Resource Generator. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent revision.
